Hi! I'm Erica, the founder of Happily Sugared. My journey with baking began with a twist - when my family and I discovered we had Celiac Disease. Back then, gluten-free options were scarce, so my incredible mom took matters into her own hands, crafting gluten-free birthday cakes that were not only safe for us but delicious too.

As I joined her in the kitchen, I uncovered my own love for baking. The joy of creating something special, coupled with the happiness it brought to others, ignited a spark within me. Eager to share my creations beyond our family circle, I started selling my gluten-free treats to friends and loved ones.
