Back then, gluten-free options were scarce, so my incredible mom took matters into her own hands, crafting gluten-free birthday cakes that were not only safe for us but delicious too.
As I joined her in the kitchen, I uncovered my own love for baking. The joy of creating something special, coupled with the happiness it brought to others, ignited a spark within me. Eager to share my creations beyond our family circle, I started selling my gluten-free treats to friends and loved ones.
Driven by my passion and the desire to spread joy through my cakes, I took a leap of faith and founded Happily Sugared, my very own home bakery. Here, I pour my heart and soul into every creation, ensuring that each bite is not only gluten-free but also bursting with flavor and love.
